We will complete the evaluation and provide a reasonable quotation along with suitable casting and machining solutions within three working days.
Sample Production & Testing Validation
After mutual agreement, we will produce samples for your testing and validation, and make adjustments based on your feedback. Mass production will only begin after your sample approval.
Production & Quality Control
We will strictly follow the final confirmed drawings and processes, and comply with the ISO 9001 quality management system throughout the entire production process. Meanwhile, we will keep you updated on production progress in real time to ensure both quality and delivery.
Shipment
Prior to shipment, our quality control department will inspect the goods, and provide you with product photos and inspection reports for your approval. Shipment will then be arranged according to your instructions.
After Sales Service
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships. Upon receiving any Non-Conformance Report (NCR), we will immediately investigate the cause, develop a corrective plan, and report back to you, typically within 48 hours.
